Booking cancellation

We understand that travel plans can change. At Danau Toba International Cottage Parapat, we strive to be as flexible as possible while maintaining fairness to all our guests.

  • Late Cancellation: For cancellations made within 3 days of the check-in date, a cancellation fee equivalent to the first night’s stay will be charged.

  • No-Show: Guests who do not arrive without prior notice will be considered a no-show, and the full booking amount may be charged.
  • To cancel or modify your reservation, please contact us directly or reach out to the platform you used to make your booking. Our team is always available to assist with any changes or special requests.

  • Cancellations made within 3 days of the check-in date will incur a cancellation fee equal to the alls night's stay.

  • No-Show Policy

    • Guests who fail to arrive without prior notice will be considered a no-show, and 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.
